Happy Hour With Jasmine Hirsch

There’s been a lot of change over the last two years in the wine and spirits industry—and that’s just talking COVID!!

In California, our state has been ravaged by climate change as well, bringing terrible wildfires and extreme drought along with it. While not necessarily the happiest subject for a happy hour, I wanted to check in with my friend Jasmine Hirsch from Hirsch Vineyards to ask exactly how these changes have impacted her family’s business and what both winemakers and consumers can expect from these challenges moving forward.
